Anvil Partners isn’t a traditional advisory firm. We’re a young, driven team building our own business—and we understand what that takes.
Philippe Didisheim
Founding Partner
Philippe previously served as Vice President of Deal Origination at a boutique investment banking and advisory firm. Prior to that, he was a Strategy Consultant at Atari. He received his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Sam Cordell
Senior Associate
Sam joined Anvil Partners in June 2025 after previously working in sell-side advisory, covering Tech Services and Transportation & Logistics. He graduated with Honors from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a BSBA with a minor in Sustainability Studies. Sam holds the FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.
Benton Drumm
Senior Associate
Prior to joining Anvil Partners in June 2025, Benton worked at a publicly traded legal technology company, where he was a leading enterprise sales professional working closely with General Counsel at Fortune 500 and large, publicly traded corporations. He graduated on the President’s List from Texas Tech University, earning a BA in Psychology and a minor in Business.
Kim Adeza-Cruz
M&A Research and Operations Lead
Kim joined Anvil Partners in December 2025 and brings over 8 years of experience in global operations, research, and management. She specializes in M&A research, data-driven market analysis, and operational process optimization across multiple industries. Kim holds a BSBA degree and has a strong track record of supporting business development teams.
